General policies

 No extra charge for children under 12 or for the use of a rollaway bed (first come, first served basis).

Room rates do not increase for weekends or during special events.  However, weekends or special events may require a minimum 2-3 night stay. 

NOTE:  MAMA BEAR & PAPA BEAR ALWAYS REQUIRE A TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.

Daily maid service is not available.  We resupply towels, linens, coffee and condiments whenever you need them.

One night's deposit is required to hold a reservation.

We have a five-day cancellation policy.  (Ex:  If your reservation is for the 20th of the month, you must cancel no later than the 15th of that month to be considered timely).  We do not cash your deposit check until five days prior to your arrival.  Deposit is fully refundable provided reservation is cancelled timely.  If the reservation is not cancelled timely,  the deposit will be credited toward a future stay as long as it is within the following 12 months.

CHECK OUT:   11:00 A.M.

Even though we love animals, no pets are allowed in the units or anywhere on the property.  We can refer you to a few places here that allow pets.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you bring a pet, we will not honor your reservation and you will forfeit your deposit. For the health and safety of your pet, you cannot leave your pet in your car during your stay here.
